Tom O’Connor is an international trainer and speaker in the area of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and human excellence. A former consultant in the area of Computer Networks and Information Security, Tom has worked in and led a number of multi-million pound projects for Fortune 100 companies.

Tom started his career working in London’s square mile with Salomon Brothers International and over a seven year period worked with a number of leading financial services institutes including Citigroup Inc, Barclays Capital and StateStreet Bank, where he helped deliver solutions in over fourteen countries. 

Today, Tom uses his unique understanding of people, systems and communication to deliver strategies and tools for personal, professional and organizational effectiveness.
